Note:

1) This unusual GL authorizes “ordinarily incident and necessary to the wind down of any transaction previously authorized by one or more of” 560.544, 560.550, 560.554, Iran GL F and Iran GL G prior to their being “suspended indefinitely” in connection with “Economic D-Day”.
