1) Read in conjunction with FAQ 1215 and compare Iran General License L (“Authorizing Certain Transactions Involving Iranian Financial Institutions Blocked Pursuant to Executive Order 13902” to authorize transactions with banks blocked pursuant to EO 13902 where transactions are “authorized, exempt, or otherwise not prohibited under the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations”.
