[Update - on 2-21-2022, the President issued Executive Order 14065, which imposes an embargo on certain areas of Ukraine that is almost identical in scope to the Crimea embargo. There are, however, some difference. This comment has not yet been updated to include comparisons to and comments in light of EO 14065].
[Update - on 2-5-2022, the URSR were amended to incorporate EO 13685. Use the TURBOFAC interface to search for all Crimea-related items, and the relevant regulatory provisions implementing the EO will appear. This comment has not yet been updated the account for the URSR amendment].
