1) This GL has expired, and no further GL covers its substance.

2) On the same day that the Central Bank of Venezuela was designated, OFAC also designated a director of the bank pursuant to EO 13692 [1]. Paragraph (b) excludes from the scope of this GL any dealings in property or interests in property in which the director of the bank has an interest (even an "indirect" interest).
