(and related actions) is a complex litigation involving (i) the forfeiture of Government of Iran-linked property located in the United States as a result of IEEPA violations, and (ii) the attachment of such property and the proceeds thereof by judgment creditors of the Government of Iran (GOI) pursuant to the FSIA and TRIA.
