Notes:

1) Relatively recent license illustrating favorable licensing policy concerning activities on the periphery of but evidently outside the scope of Iran General License (No. G) and Iran General License (No. E). Note that the licensee is a non-profit, non-degree granting institution, and so it cannot benefit from much of G.

2) Query, was the "memorandum of understanding established between Mr. Arjomand and the Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences at UOT" authorized? If not, was authorization required (to the extent it was a non-binding memorandum of understanding?)
