1) License similar to others in the Research System authorizing travel to Iran by university professors to present workshops. Compare License No. IA-2014-314205-1 and LICENSE No. IA-2018-350420-1.
2) The license application says that the professors “travel and expenses would be paid by the Iranian government” and the license authorizes “reimbursement of expenses by the Government of Iran”. Query whether this is to suggest that reimbursements for travel specifically do not require specific licenses. Compare e.g. Case No. SU-3797-1.
