Since this document was initially published (as early as 26 Oct 2011), specific licenses for TSRA-eligible goods to Iran have become rare as a result of general licenses, and specific licenses no longer required at all for Sudan. Still, the document is useful for exporters that may want to apply for a specific license to export TSRA-eligible goods to a country or entity for which TSRA requires a favorable licensing policy, but for which the special "one year" rule for certain SST countries does not apply (e.g. individual SDNs not subject to embargoes or otherwise designated pursuant to 31 CFR parts 536, 544, 594, 595, 597, or...
