Notes:

1) Sample "Blocking Notice" delivered to U.S. third persons thought or known to be in possession or control of property in which a blocked person has an interest. Notice specifies that even the third-party storage of a blocked physical item constitutes a transfer that requires a license.

Note that when units in a condo building are blocked, it is not the case that the blocked owner has an "interest" in the entirety of the building (or other common areas to which the blocked person has access). Here, the "Units" at 1425 Brickell Avenue (in the Four Seasons Residences Miami) are the "property in which Mr. Lopez Bello has an interest" not other aspects of the building (e.g. common areas).
