Notes:

1) EO 14014, which was issued subsequent to the 2021 military coup in Burma (Myanmar), is wholly unrelated to the sanctions in place on that country from 1997 through 2016. See section 9 of EO 14014, referring to the “Executive Order 13742 of October 7, 2016 (Termination of Emergency With Respect to the Actions and Policies of the Government of Burma).”

2) SEC. 1 DESIGNATION CRITERIA AND BLOCKING PROHIBITION

Except as discussed below EO 14014 is a fully "regular," IEEPA-based, list-based blocking EO incorporated in an "abbreviated" set of sanctions regulations.
