1) Compare Russia-related GL 6. This is an unusual GL insofar as it as an ag/med GL that applies to a single blocked entity. The scope of the GL is almost identical to that of Russia-related GL 6, except that were Russia-related GL 6C applies to "the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of COVID-19," this GL applies to "the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of any disease or medical condition".
