This correspondence is to inform you that License No. VENEZUELA-EO13884-2024-1206250-1, which was issued to Global Oil Terminals, LLC by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on May 24, 2024, is hereby revoked.
In accordance with current U.S. foreign policy objectives, in consultation with the U.S. Department of State, OFAC is rescinding specific licenses pertaining to Venezuela’s oil and gas sector. For additional information on this policy, see FAQ 1218 at https://ofac.treasury.gov/faqs/1218.
This letter authorizes Global Oil Terminals, LLC and U.S. persons acting on its behalf to engage in all transactions ordinarily incident and necessary to the wind down of transactions previously authorized...

1) This is one of the “wind down” licenses issued pursuant to the policy described in FAQ # 1218 concerning the revocation of specific licenses with respect to “energy-related authorizations in Venezuela”. The wind down license appeared to have lasted for roughly a month, except for a new payment-related condition.
