1. Based upon the request dated May 30, 2022 and additional correspondence dated July 7, 8, and 26, 2022 to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (the "Application"), the transactions described herein are hereby authorized. This license supersedes License No. DPRK3-2016-337818-2 in all respects.
