Notes:

1) All sanctions regulations contain a GL allowing for the provision of certain legal services. The GL is, with some exceptions, boilerplate across sanctions programs, albeit with substantial variability on the question of whether or not payments for such services require a specific license.

2) With regard to the issue of the receipt of payments for services provided in connection with this license, note that the most recent (2018) amendment to the Congo Sanctions Regulations (547.507/547.508) adds a general license for the receipt of payments, which is cross-referenced by this provision.
